Example 8 Hour Timeline

To give you an example of what an 8-hours Wedding Day looks like, I’ve included a couple example timelines with moments I typically capture. One timeline shows a day with a first look, while the second timeline is for couples who want to see each other for the first time on the aisle. Feel free to use either of days as a starting point for your day and customize it to capture the moments important to you. Visit my blog post for other moments you might want to include in your day.

Consideration for Additional Time

Not everyone’s day will fit into these timelines. Consider additional time if your day has any of the following requirements:

  • Ceremony & Reception are at different locations (account for travel time)

  • Photos with Wedding Party and/or Family Formals are offsite

  • Want an extended couples session (take advantage of a beautiful venue)

  • Capture additional moments at the beginning and/or end of day

  • Longer Ceremony
